I feel that member will not rate with review text, only with stars. Is It possible to only rate with stars in application like Downloads?

this would ne a nice option. 

Is it possible to deaktivate the review text?

Any update to this?  I too would like to be able to just rate with stars, without writing a review.  I don't think my (future) users will take the time
