Jan Krohn Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 I have installed Donate Sidebar 2.1.3 plugin and I am having problems receiving funds. When someone tries to send me funds they receive the following message: Your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time. Your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds. When someone tries to send me money using paypal "send money" option, I can normally receive funds. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AndyF Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 I noted you posted that as a 'review' on the file itself, so rather than approve it (as it was not a 'review' as such) as a courtesy I copied it into the Support Topic for it for you But I note you've seen that and replied to it. I'd just suggest awaiting the author to reply now, bear in mind that not all authors are here every day and what with time-zone differences it may be a short while before they are able to respond.
