Well maybe there is some conflict with something else because before I install the update it showed the member number and now it doesn't

Obviously if it was anything in my app, it magically come back after disable/uninstall it.

Yup, I hear what you say – but even this morning I was checking somebody's membership number by simply reading their profile the post.
Now the information is disappeared completely.

• Removed the setting to choose which groups can change member groups

By enabling the moderator permission:

ACP -> Members -> Moderators -> edit the moderator or group -> find this app tab and enable.
