I have disabled all addons and still get this error: Sorry, there is a problem You are not permitted to register a user account with this site. Sorry, I didn't mention which site was having the issue, it's the other one in my sig. Now that you've joined, you have to stay and participate. I was testing with jibberish email accounts. Users have tried with real email accounts. It should not block either. I have turned off IPS spam service. This is not helpful.
