thetrials Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 I have enabled sharing for twitter/facebook. The share buttons show as expected on all of the threads in my subforums except one. I have one subforum, where in all threads the share buttons do not appear. I have looked everywhere that I can think of. I'm sure that I'm missing something where it's disabled. thetrials Posted January 3, 2016 Author Share Posted January 3, 2016 Looks like I figured it out, if the forum is limited to only logged in members the sharing button does not show. Once I gave guests read access, the Share buttons appeared. Has anyone else seen this? I would expect the share button to show regardless of the Guest settings. Trap Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 I just finished an upgrade from 3.0.x to latest 4.1.x version and I have the same exact behavior. The sharing icons only appear on forum sections that are opened to guest. I don't know if this is wanted by the application or there is a way to bypass that?
