Ive an error on my forum the error log file says its this

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''front'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in /home/----/public_html/devforum/system/Theme/Theme.php(3952) : eval()'d code on line 9

Its something to do with the theme i can see but i have no idea how to fix it.
