Upgraded to 4.1 now I cant access members tab

I upgraded to 4.1. I did not see any issues during the upgrade. It all seems to have went okay.

But in the ACP I cannot access the Members tab. I just get a blank screen.

All non-IPS apps and plugins are deactivated.

Any help?

Do you use Country Field? If so, the latest versions fix the disabled plugin issue (meaning, it now works even if disabled).
