Stream - narrow results, gear icon button active color

In streams when we narrow results can the gear icon button change colors so we know the results are further filtered?

Over time you may forget you are showing only certain forums, categories, using following filters, etc. Having an active color would be great.

This minor addition would be nice, I often forget I have deeper settings in a stream, and for the general user I would imagine this would really help when they are wondering why they have limited results.

Really beneficial for admin default streams as well, as users will know they are limited immediately.
