I must thank the team of the client area ticket support very very much for the great work what they do !
I had since update from 3.4.x -> 4.x multiple challenges - but nearly all of them could be resolved perfect - some was not possible, but after discussion it was ok and ips told me they will give it to development.
As well we could get some bugs resolved & changed some parts into new things, what is definitely great.
Looking forward to a good & long time with IPS
I've never had a bad experience with support. I don't always get the answer I want, but I do always get an answer and it is always correct.
We also had a few issues upgrading to 4.x - Sorted by Support, so I would like to echo my thanks
Another thank you from me as well. Never had problems with support. Everyone is very professional and friendly as well which is a bonus.

I have moaned and groaned about updates and things that break with them, but I also have to say that when I did have to call on support they were super great. It's been 7 years and I'm still here.
I have always been happy with the support IPS offers, which is why I continue to stay and annoy them.
