We have every IPB4 app installed and working already except for Pages and Blog...

Now we want to add Blog (reactivated already) but the only download I can find is the whole suite, and inside that it's hard to identify what needs to be added for the blog to be installed - sadly, the guides and documentation for this is nearly ZERO (super disappointing IPB - it's like selling a new car without a manual!!!).

So, anyone know how can we install Blog into our already functioning forum?

My confusion was needing to upload bits into multiple places under /forum/ in IPB3.

In IPB4, it was as simple as uploading /forum/applications/blog/ and running the install, painless.

I know, it made too much sense for me. lol

I need that to with commerce. And now I have theme errors and something isn't right

You can always reupload the complete suite and run the installer. That should work if you don't have any modifications within internal files.

(Be sure to backup your theme, database and all files before)

that's going to take an full day reinstalling.
