Profile fields language customization?

Hi,

When adding a new radio profile field on IPS 4.1.x, is it possible to define key / values couples, like on IPB 3.x?

(for instance "key=value" in the radio field option content)

I'm having the exact issue with my current v4.1.9 for all profile field types.

Other than naming the files exactly as they appear in the fields and using the {content} value (e.g. <img src="./root/images/{content}">), I don't see an easy way to set or utilize the old {key} function.  Which is a real bummer.
