I upgraded and installed ips 4.1.4 again but the status updates are gone. I enabled them in settings but it's simply gone on my forum. 

Did you put the box back and select who could see it?

It looks like this on my profile the box isn't showing either. It's like it's not enabled. I'm using tmd hosting though and they only allow php 5.5 maximum

oh wait i edited it in my profile and now it shows weird that it got disabled

Oh sorry. I didn't realize you meant under "My Activity". I thought you meant your forums index.

I have the same problem, all  the status updates for everybody are gone. 

I have to turn them on one by one as the group parameter changes nothing.

 

For new registered, I also have to manually activate ....
