Oh no... Forum name in topic URLs?

Can it really be true that you can't have the forum name in Friendly URLs for a topic?

If I look at the friendly structure for a forum topic it looks like this:
forum/topic/{#id}-{?}

But to maintain my existing structure (moving from VB) and to have a logical semantic url structure it should be:
forum/forum-name/topic/{#id}-{?}

Please tell me that its possible to have forum name in topic url?

If not how do a redirect existing vbulletin vbseo urls to the new ones in IPC?
