[4.1.3.2] - Commerce support unusable

Hello,

well, I've bought Commerce 2 days ago, because I need the support system.
The problem is: the support system does not work -,-

Submitting a ticket results in the error code EX0, the HTTP response is obviously 500 Internal Server Error

The second problem is, I don't know why but I cannot find anythng about it in the logfiles.
So the question would be: Do anyone of you have an idea about what is going on and how I can fix it?

Because it is not much fun to buy an app and then find out that it does not work.
Support ticket pending of course, but well.. Commerce is completely unusable for me with this problem and I really need it as soon as possible.

Hopefully somebody here has an idea.
