Lee_M Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 Hi, sorry to ask, no doubt it's been asked already, but I'm not sure how to upgrade, I'm a new users of just one week using invision hosting and installer keeps saying download and upload to "my" server? Where is this? Do I just ignore the upgrade message, do upgrades to hosted accounts not just happen automatically? Not sure what to do .... You have to ask as they will not upgrade you unless you do. Thank goodness because I would hate to have a surprise update I wasn't expecting! There is a daily task to let you know if there is an update and when you see the message, you follow the instructions in the ACP You need ftp access as you need to upload the files Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
