[4.1.3.1] Where is the 'Remove Orphaned Files' button?

When I upgrade my community to 4.1.3.1 last night, I cannot find the 'Remove Orphaned Files' in Files menu. I still able to used this on 4.1.2 but it is gone now. :cry:

It's still occurring on 4.1.3.2. Please help.
