Rank Icons Resize

When I do upload the icon of the rank it "shrinks" to 140px wide.

Exemple:

As I do for not shrink?

I think this may be a bug or else there is something else going on. I just verified on my own and they are far wider than that:

216 pixels wide unless it's a fix for it overlapping in the profile?
