Are you using 4.2?

There's nothing in the error that indicates it comes from my app; plus, the error happens in search template, which my app doesn't cover.

because its come after this app installing , and also i make a support ticket but IPB says this issue is from third party plugin so the plugin creater will solve it

during installation of this plugin show like this and not progress of this plugin and then i foud the profile issue and found error at profile.

For the issue itself, send a PM with ACP credentials. I'll take a look when I'm available.

On a side note, I wonder how you sent me a PM 5 hours with this issue before you buy the resource here on IPS:

Worst: using an old version (2.0.11). Current is 2.0.13.

So you probably downloaded it elsewhere, with some modification and it screwed your board. Then you had to buy and ask for support.

The app is up and running.

There was really an issue due to the total members you have on your board. I'll change the way it's done in the 4.2 version.

The error you posted here is not related to the app itself. It's something in your theme. You better check with the designer.

1C133/9 The application you uploaded cannot be installed because it is not a valid application, the archive is corrupt or the file and directory permissions in /applications do not allow it.

You know why ?

I'll upload again tomorrow. Anyway, the issue only affects new installs with a high number of members. Actually you don't even need to update.
