IPS UTF8 Converter

Trying to upgrade to v4. Did the test, Got one error.

Some or all of the columns in your database are not using the utf8_unicode_ci collation (ipb_backup_vars.backup_var_key is latin1_swedish_ci)

I am running the converter. I have been stuck at this all day. Hasn't moved. Any ideas?
