When Client Area will be updated to IPS4 with new design by @Rikki?

Your main website is awesome, but Client Area is :sick:.

November. :) It's quite an undertaking as it's more than just the client area. All of our internal systems - spam mitigation, license handling, chat management, etc. is all managed there.
