where or how can i allow guests to submit support request

have checked the application permissions in acp - seems ok

gives me

are there permissions settings somewhere or a url that am missing ?

Also wondering about this same issue.  Guests are not able to submit support requests.

Thankyou very much  Just need to seek out members, and I thought building a site and setting up the server was a challenge. lols

I don't see any permissions available for this (do you?) and yes, I get the same.
