Aside from copy paste, is there an easier way to convert a topic post to an Article?

Well that stinks. :(

IPS said somewhere (can't find it now) that it will be back soon, probably on 4.1.

I recall also it was making a return but there's nothing on the release notes but I think it was in a Feedback topic it was mentioned though, I'm not sure.

This is where I add my customary message that there are a lot of exciting cross-app integration features that IPS could add in (eg. buy IP.Commerce tickets directly from IP.Calendar events, sell IP.Gallery photos with IP.Commerce installed,  cross-promote IP.Blog posts and IP.Board posts and IP.Page posts, etc etc.)

Definitely a feature which needs to return.
