How can I prevent multiple choices/checks on profile checkbox set?

Hi

Ive added a profile field checkox set whereby I want members to check a box for which County they live in the UK.  I added a checkbox set listing lots of Counties ( to test) but it appears they are able to tick/check more than one.  How can I prevent this so they can only tick/check one?

there is nowhere it says that though

I just saw and tested "radio" which seems to be the answer as they can only tick one choice with that. strange??

thanks  @Adlago the select box is the best for me as it shows a dropdown list of counties and takes up less space vertically too.  cool thnx and they can only choose one value excellent :tongue:

(seeing as there is about 112 different Counties using the radio box would have been very very long vertically yikes)
