Recently I filed a ticket about many issues I have had with IPS over the years and how I felt things had gone down hill. Since then even though it has only been a few weeks I am happy to report that it looks as though management actually listened to my concerns and addressed them. Thank you Lindy and the rest of the management team for a job well done. Hopefully my feedback will help make CinC better as it has general support. Hoping for more good things in the future!
