Max Posted August 23, 2015 Share Posted August 23, 2015 We just upgraded to IPB 4 and the early feedback is positive. We did get a few users that said the mobile skin was hard to read. One guy is a UI Designer and he gave this feedback which we wanted to pass along. Reading a thread, and checking for new responses, is the central use-case for a forum.In the new skin, reading a thread is hard (and a worse experience than the current mobile skin): I'll see if I can explain better... it's almost too "wide open" and lots of peripheral content (post count, username, join date, etc.) makes it hard for your eyes to pick out the new post content in a thread. It all runs together, basically.In the new skin, jumping to new responses (alerts and messages), is hard (as I've already pointed out).Can the post count, join date etc be removed when someone is viewing on mobile?
