Further information on this error may be available by viewing the Error Log Viewer tool in your Admin Control Panel.My users get these errors thrown at them almost every time they submit an article.
Are you using a bookmark from version 3?
If so, the urls are different which is why you might be getting that error

Im not personally. But i thought i might be something like that so i looked closer. it only happens when viewing articles. Usually ones that just got submitted. No idea why it does it. Seems to be a permission issue maybe? And since it happens on things just posted i doubt its a bookmark issue etc.
I had few believe its stop now can't remember what was causing it.
