Ocean West Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 Once I converted to 4 and upgraded to a new server with oodles of RAM and SSD drive and have the database and site on the SSD I switched to memcache, and everyone was pleased with the speed and snappiness of the site. But the past week or so the site has been very sluggish and sometimes unresponsive or takes forever to load, I turned off memcache and went back datastore. And that seemed to bring the site back to tolerable speeds. What could be the cause of this slow down using memcache? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sobrenome Posted August 27, 2015 Share Posted August 27, 2015 I guess that I am facing the same problem here. Maybe there is a bug related with memcached and IPS 4.
