Can you clarify what you mean by “parsing”? Turning the URL into a link? And if so, why would you want to prevent that?

I meant parsing as in the url auto-embedding via an iframe

^^ Are you sure that's the solution?

"Can post HTML?" serves the function of allowing the user to type code directly into the editor, via the "source" button which can be added to the toolbar. You don't want to be allowing groups to use that, unless they're particularly trusted.

@sound  wants 'iframe'.  Which group permission - he thought and decision.

No that's not correct, at this time there isn't a setting to disable this, if this is something you would like to see an an option you can post your feedback in the feedback section though.
