Is there support on the weekends for IPB? Have some urgent problems and just need to know if I can expect a reply/help soon or will it be monday before it's looked at (the ticket).

Most of their support is shut down over the weekend, but I am not sure if there are some available for site critical issues

What is the problem, maybe someone on here can help out

Regular ticket will probably have to wait until Monday but I had EMERGENCY tickets answered on weekend.

depends how urgent if the issue effect community be offline then tick the Critical box when submitting a ticket but do note if miss use it will pay $25 fee. 

Generally support is 24/7 , other departments like billing / accounts assistance are not although they are looked over by an appropriate staff member normally.

Tickets are answered over the weekend although responses may be a little slower than a weekday. Higher support levels ie T2 and such may not be available but standard support etc usually is.
