stig olsen
The images on my thumbnails appear fuzzy / low resolution. Could I make them larger than 305x205, and will that make IPS resize them down to 305x205 to maintain the correct aspect ratio but keep quality higher?Best, Stig
Ralf Herrmann
The way this is implemented currently looks okay to me. You show the images as they are. They quality comes from the original material and possibly the creation of the thumbnails on the server-side (if you have uploaded them larger). So the result is expected. If you are speaking about mobile, you are maybe speaking about hi-res devices, which could show more pixels and make the images appear more sharp. Yes, indeed, you could use larger images*. You would just have to make sure in your templates or CSS classes, that you force a certain display size. So for example, you could double the image dimensions (610×410), but then you would have to tell the browser to show the images still at 305×205. *This might also make your homepage slower to load though.
