I would like to create a topic feed block with topics without replies.

In the current settings it's not possible, as long as the only option is "minimum posts". There is no "maximum posts" to be set to zero replies.

I know that in the next IPS 4 versions, the block setting options is going to be improved. So this is my suggestion, make possible a block for topics without replies. 

I second this.  It's really helpful in our community because it features posts that need answering and helps members to be proactive in lending a hand.  Adding a maximum value would solve this.

Sorry to bump this, but I've searched everywhere, did you ever find a way of doing this?
