I'm unable to show this group icon plussign.thumb.png.fb49eddbb89537c2806ac in group settings, any ideas?

(an unmodified IPS4 suit)

ok, instead of a group image i ended up using this line in Group Formatting field

<b><font color="red">+</font></b>
