I am setting up a new board and there is a new update out so i followed the instructions. I have downloaded the IPB files from IPB, uploaded them and after they had finished fully uploading I then clicked continue. After doing this it just takes me to a white page. 

 

If I try and go to the board it seams to run ok but if i try to log on to the adminCP i get the following message. 

 

The files for version 4.0.10.2 are present but the upgrade has not been completed. 

If I go to URL/admin/upgrade i just see the blank white page.

 

Any ideas?
