Ocean West Posted July 17, 2015 Share Posted July 17, 2015 When on IOS in a forum or on a computer with the screen small mobile device the "Start New Topic" button is at the bottom of the screen. I remember Charles providing a response of blah blah button here and then over there, and here's the reason why. (His response definitely and very articulately included those exact words.
