I've looked all over the Moderator CP, but don't see any way a Global Moderator can ban a member. Is there a setting in the Admin CP permissions that I'm missing or are Global Moderators now unable to ban members?

ACP > Members > Administrators > (select group and click edit) > scroll down to members and then you can select what they have access to.
