need help no download link in purchases

Like the tital says i need help i put a support ticket in nearly 24 hours ago had not reply,

I have followed these step,s for download link but there is no download link,

You can download your software from the client area. Once logged in, select "Purchases" from the left-side menu and then click on your license and then on the "Download IPS Community Suite" button. Choose which add-ons you would like to install and then click the "Download" button.

I have followed these instruction but no download link could someone from the staff team please help or someone from the community, as im stuck now till i get a reply and link

You are a Community in the Cloud client, so there is no download available. If you wish to upgrade or are trying to accomplish something else, please let us know in your support request and we'll be happy to assist.

i did think that,, buy can not access my forum i havent been sent a link for admincp and when i connect to my url bulletforce it says error try again

 

An error occurred (500 Error)

 

that is error i get connecting to my url http://bulletforce.ipbhost.com/

It may be still in the process of installation. :)

I'd suggest waiting a little while then trying again. Normally you'll receive a reply either an email or perhaps a reply to an 'install' ticket, so I'd check the Client Area for any open tickets you may have.

yes i got a email over 30 hours ago with,

and login details but just get a  error 500 so not sure whats going on i had sent support tickets over 24 hours ago
