IP Content showing index.html within URLs

Hi,

I've just upgraded to v4, and am having issues with IP Content. It is showing the URLs in the following format http://yamahaclub.com/index.html/news/wsb/milwaukee-yamaha39s-brookes-celebrates-first-podium-finish-for-new-yzf-r1-in-mce-british-superbike-championship-r847/

How do I remove index.html from the URLs?
