Im hoping someone here has a fix to this issue, it would be greatly appreciated but when I'm uploading an image, it completes its process and as soon as I hit save. I get the following error:

 

Sorry, there is a problem

There is no profile photo available to crop

Error code: 2C138/C

I am having the same problem. Any advice?
