I just made a bug and had to reply to fix spelling errors. Why can't we edit them anymore? 

That seems to be a bug. The permissions are correct and timeout is still 2hrs.

You do see the irony here, no?  

If I empty the bug contents, you won't be able to edit them back in. Thus we get stuck in an infinite loop.
