can't find any setting to allow normal members to close/lock their own thread ?

 

has this been setting/feature been removed or am I just missing something obvious

99,9% sure it was removed on IPS4.

you can set the group up as mod's and give them only the permissions they need . but you cant do it to a regular group .

i had to make my default members group a mod group because of this .
