Twitter Integration

Hello, 

Recently moved back to IPB from Discourse.  Not sure what to search and I looked all over the the admin panel however basically when a user posts a twitter link, it automatically posts the tweet.  However, it seems a bit broken on my side.  First, the styling isn't the greatest which I would love to edit if I could but not sure where to go yet.  Second, the links don't work unless you right click and open in new tab.  Tested on Firefox and Chrome, both latest versions.
