I have set a number of groups on my website. I set a limit for the one group to only be allowed to post once every 24 hours. I created a forum topic as an admin and then logged in with a test account. I moved the test account from "members" to "my limited group" and I can still post as many times as I would like.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
