i got an issue that registrations are not working on the latest IPS4 Suite, players cannot enter the display name:

Is there anything known regarding that issue? We didnt noticed that until we missed a lot registrations.

Help is required to fix that issue as soon as possible, its really important for us that people can register.

You seem to have a maxlength setting of “zero”. That’s why is doesn’t work. 

Check these settings in the ACP:

Thanks for the info, probably we decreased it to 0 so members couldnt change the display name
