Hi,

How to change via phpadmin perhaps, to put the default/system profile photo;;

I dont know if there is some option via ACP about this

You can create your own then via the ACP - Customization - Themes - (skin theme far right down arrow) - Manage Resources. Find the default profile image and replace it with your own.

​That is what Woodsman explained. 

 

If I am reading this correctly you want to prevent users from uploading photo's or images as avatars.

ACP - Members - Group - Edit group (pencil on right) - Social Tab - Profiles - Maximum profile photo storage size -
