Hi

Sorry if the answer has been given recently but i just wanted to know if IPB 4 Converter was ready or not ?

we have many PUNBB 1.3.4 to convert to IPB and many other people on the forums too

So is the converter ready ?

Hi Charlie,

speaking from my own research - and now experience - I would suggest a different approach.

As far as I know, the IPB4 Converter will not be nearly as good as the IPB3 Converter for quite a while.

What you can do - and it works very well - is install an IPB3 board temporarily, convert your old board into this IPB3 installation and then perform an upgrade to IPB4. If you follow all steps necessary for upgrading from version 3 to 4, it works very well.

as far as I know, there is no IPB4 Converter yet - and it will still be a while.
