Possibility to use IP.Pages Record Images multiple times

IP.Pages should offer the possibility to use Record Images multiple times. So the user can chose if he wants to upload a new image or use one that he has uploaded before, like attachments are handled in articles/forum-posts via "Insert other media".
Example for use: In my News-section I'm using Software- and Company-logos for News-articles. So one Image is used for different articles and it's not really user friendly to upload the same image again and again. 

Why not build a template with the image for news articles category?

Sorry, looks like I should have wrote it more clearly. As I wrote above I use logos which means each logo is used for more than one article.
