panzerscope Posted May 5, 2022 Share Posted May 5, 2022 Just a quick question. Either YouTube has changed something or something on VideoBox has possibly changed. I noticed now that if you use a standard URL from the browser for a YouTube video and put it in the "External URL" field when submitting a video, it will submit, but the video does not work. You now have to specifically get the video URL. For instance, if I used this it will not work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5HvWN6d42g&ab_channel=IntelNewsroom However if I get the video URL (by right clicking on the video and selecting "Copy Video URL") it will work, such as this: https://youtu.be/G5HvWN6d42g We used to be able to just use the long browser URL. Here is information on how to do this:https://www.maxlaumeister.com/articles/hide-related-videos-in-youtube-embeds/ Would also be nice if the "Videos" profile tab was not shown if the user has no videos. The problem is that there is a conflict, when clicking on send the user should be redirected to the registration page and not publish the content immediately. Is the form not outdated? In other IPS4 apps it works correctly. Another observation is that others request for email, in this username. Link to comment
