Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
November 9, 20159 yr I've found a slight issue with your otherwise great template. The way you've implemented the menu is interfering with the latest version of the Invision forum, as per attached screenshot. Is there a quick fix to solve this?
November 9, 20159 yr Never mind, found the code that caused it. It's in core/front/global/globalTemplate Simply remove {template="utilitiesMenu" app="core" group="global" params=""} and the overlapping menu will not appear.

November 10, 20159 yr The 4.1 release. I updated to it after installing 4.1.3.2, so not sure if this affected anything.
November 12, 20159 yr It would be good if you could put in some padding on the sides of the header navigation though, as that looks a bit odd the way it is now and I'm not skilled enough to do it myself.

December 2, 20159 yr Thanks for that, it looks a lot better. I found what I think is a bug with it comes to navigating pages as well. You can see the digit 1 for the first page, but the rest of the navigation UI is white and I can't find a place to change this.
December 3, 20159 yr Ok, found the issue, the text is white in the buttons.css file, when it actually needs to be black/user adjustable.
