Wayne B Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 HiUpgraded from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5.1 this evening, background task error when clicking run now to manually run the background tasks is as below - all my background tasks have now frozen meaning that most files etc are broken. I have a ticket in and its escalated to Tier II Support but they don't appear to be working as I haven't had any response. Is anyone able to assist with this as all files etc across my site are broken until these background tasks can be unlocked.
