The 4.0.5 patch isn't ready for prime time.  I suggest taking it down quickly.

I'm getting the following error in Step 7 of the upgrade installer (where "SiteName" is substituted):

Step 7: Error 

1146 Table 'username_SiteName.downloads_files_records' doesn't exist 
/home/username/public_html/system/Db/Select.php::377
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `downloads_files_records` WHERE record_type=?

I had Pages, Gallery, Forums, and Calendar installed at time of upgrade:

I had no issues upgrading. I would contact support.

​I think it has to do with the combination of modules (Pages, Gallery, Forums, and Calendar) during upgrade.  Something is definitely wrong with the 4.0.5 update.

Mark uploaded the new update.php but it didn't fix the issue for me.
